AT GETTINGER FAMILY CUSTOM MEATS we custom process Cattle, Hog, Lamb, Goat, and Deer. Our focus is always on providing fresh quality meats from our family to yours. All of our butchers are experienced and can get your meat back to you in a timely and quality driven manner. Please contact us if you have any questions or if you are ready to bring us your meat.
NOTE: We will NOT be processing/checking deer this year. We will however take deboned deer meat to still make our deer summer sausage etc.

Beef Cut Descriptions
ANY CUT CAN BE PUT INTO HAMBURGER!
Can be roast but will be tough; usually hamburger or stew beef
Can be roast or steaks
Larger steaks; can get top sirloin (no bone) or a tip roast and still get smaller steaks
Can be New York Strips and Fillets or t-bone but not both Rump- roast only
Can be roast or cubed steaks
Can be steaks (very large), cubed steaks, or roast (top, bottom, and eye)
OPTIONAL ITEMS: If you get rib eye you can have the baby back ribs; short rib can be for boiling or BBQ; liver, heart, tongue, tail, and brains if they are kept by the inspector; or anything else you can think of. We will need the thickness and how many per package (number & or lb) for each cut.
Pork Cuts Descriptions
ALL CUTS CAN BE PUT INTO SAUSAGE!
Can be fresh or smoked; it can be sliced, cut into chunks or left whole
Can be fresh or smoked; it can be whole, cut in half, roast, steaks, cutlets, or end roast with center steaks
Can be fresh or smoked; it can be roast, steaks, or cutlets
Can be fresh or smoked pork chops or loin roast Or it can be tenderloins- you can slice, cube, butterfly, or cube and butterfly
Can be fresh or smoked and will be sliced
Can be pork burger- with no added seasoning; Sausage with just salt and pepper; normal sausage with salt, pepper, and sage; extra sage; hot with red pepper; Italian; or polish
Can be fresh or smoked. We have sausage, Italian, polish, and bratwurst
We also need to know if you want the spare ribs, hocks- fresh or smoked, or anything else that you can think of. We will need the thickness and package size for all cuts.
